Manually setting your FryAir Touch:
1. Press the START/STOP button to turn your FryAir Touch on.
2. Select the cooking time from 1 - 60mins with the time PLUS and MINUS buttons.
3. Select the temperature from 30°C - 250°C with the temperature PLUS and MINUS buttons.
4. Select the fan speed from one, two or three with the FAN SPEED button.
5. Press the ROTATION button if your cooking method requires the rotisserie setting.
6. Press the START/STOP button to start your cooking!
7. Your FryAir will stop cooking once the timer is finished or you can press the START/STOP button to stop it yourself. Super easy!

Using pre-progammed cooking options:
1. Press the START/STOP button to turn your FryAir Touch on.
2. Use the MENU button to select from the 20 pre-programmed cooking options.
3. Press the START/STOP button to start your cooking.
4. You can adjust the time with the PLUS and MINUS buttons if need be.
5. You can adjust the temperature with the PLUS and MINUS buttons.
6. You can also adjust the fan speed with the FAN SPEED button if you like.
7. Your FryAir will stop cooking once the timer is finished or you can press the START/STOP button to stop it yourself. Super easy!

Preset your FryAir Touch for delayed cooking:
1. Press the START/STOP button to turn your FryAir Touch on.
2. Press the PRESET button.
3. Using the time PLUS and MINUS buttons, select how long you'd like your FryAir Touch to be delayed for from 1 minute – 12 hours in advance.
4. Press the MENU button.
5. Select your cooking time, temperature, fan speed and rotisserie function either manually or with a pre-programme from the menu.
6. Press the START/STOP button and your FryAir Touch will begin to count down!

1. Wipe the outside of your FryAir Touch with spray and a damp cloth
2. Wipe the inside window of your FryAir Touch with spray and a damp cloth
3. The 10L non-stick base is removeable for easy cleaning
4. All accessories can be easily washed by hand
5. All accessories are also dishwasher safe
6. To carry out a steam clean, add 4 cups of water into your FryAir and a squirt of dishwashing liquid
7. Put your FryAir on the turbo setting and it will steam clean itself! Easy as!

Click here for FryAir™ Touch Rotisserie Chicken instructions

1. Screw fork onto rotisserie pole approximately 2cm forwards from the dot.
2. Grab chicken legs, and hold them upwards to insert rotisserie pole into cavity at the back of the chicken.
3. Turn chicken over feeling for pole at the other end of chicken. Pull neck back and push pole through skin, aiming for the pole to be as straight as possible.
4. With second fork’s screw facing away from the neck, attach fork to pole and push as deep into the chicken breast as possible to secure.
5. Place rotisserie chicken into FryAir, smooth end of pole goes into the built in rotisserie, indented end of pole sits on opposite side.
6. Pre-cut 3 pieces of oven-safe string each approximately 25cm long.
7. Tie legs, wings and body of chicken on rotisserie to keep it steady and balanced while cooking.
8. Trim ends of oven-safe string.
9. Season chicken to your liking.
Now your rotisserie chicken is ready for cooking!

1. Screw on the sides of the kebab wheel, aligning with the dots on the rotisserie pole
2. Place skewer into wheel, pointed end first and then clip in hook to secure
3. Repeat for all ten skewers
4. Place kebab wheel into FryAir, smooth end of pole goes into the built-in rotisserie, indented end of pole sits on opposite side
